Hey dudes: do you do kegels?

Do I have any male readers? I hope I do. Because I stumbled across this "article" and I'm very curious about it.

I first heard about Kegels in the locker room in high school.  I was standing in my sports bra eavesdropping on some senior girls who were giggling about how they were doing their kegels during AP chemistry.  I was so intrigued.  Kegels.  I made a mental note and googled it at the library half an hour later.

But did you know that men can do it, too? Quick, guys, get to your kegelin'!
